Guy Bussiere Rose 2009
Dry, with a rose hinted nose.
Earthy and leathery on the tounge with a tangy finish. Not as bright as a "typical" rose.
Food parings might be tough with this wine. Probably the best bet would be a creamy cheese like a Port Salut, or St. Andre.
