Cetamura Chianti 2011
90% sangiovese, 10% Canajolo
Peppery, with notes of blackberrys. Not super good with cheeses, but excellent with a savory meat or red sauce. Very little nose which is too bad becasue this is very nice and would be a very big wine if it had more.
