Alambrado Torrontes Pinot Grigio 2013
90% Torrontes, 10% Pinot Grigio. Slightly musky. Dry. Richbuttery and fruity. A nice amount of acid works well for me with a cold fish dish. I suspect it would fight with something like salmon. But compliments a ceviche very well.
